Business Development Manager Job Description
- - Promote Nearity products and solutions to UC/VCS partners, including systems integrators, consultants, SaaS/PaaS partners, and Key end users etc.
- - Communicate product features, benefits and developments to business partners and follow up new business opportunities
- - Deliver product and commercial education and training in conjunction business partners.
- - Analyzing sales statistics, market conditions and competitive landscape, review the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition.
- - Actively encourage the specification of systems to include Nearity products and solutions.
- - Work closely with branded product distribution partners to fulfill the business partners’ requirements.
- - Assist with the development of market strategies for Nearity products and solutions.
- - Assist with the development of vertical markets/ strategies for Nearity products and solutions.
- - Actively support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to Nearity products and solutions.
- - Assist in the overall growth of the Nearity brand within the market.
- - Provide accurate and timely reports in support of your role or for management requirements.
Your profile:
- - 3-5 years of Experience as a BDM preferably in the UC or VCS industry.
- - Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions for customer and partner needs and problems.
- - Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills.
- - Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand.
- - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- -Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- - Ability to fast gain knowledge, be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company and to be self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
- - Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
- - Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - Fluent in English& Willingness to travel.
