The customer, a subsidiary of a railway transport enterprise, was established on December 24th, 2013. Its main services include railway transportation, safety construction coordination, technical services, station management, etc.

The customer needs to efficiently manage both meetings and training at each site. Due to their different requirements, our customer wants to separate them into two distinct but collaborative systems.

2. Battery-Powered Microphone Audio Interruption

The customer’s current battery-powered directional microphones cause frequent audio interruptions due to limited battery life. This disrupts meetings and impacts the quality of communication. • No Battery Hassle: Utilizing POE technology, the A20S simplifies installation by providing both power and data transmission through a single cable. The USB plug-and-play power supply removes the need for batteries, eliminating audio interruptions and ensuring consistent performance throughout meetings and training sessions.
