Trial Period and Eligibility
We recommend using your Nearity hearing aid for a trial period of three weeks to adjust properly. However, if you're not satisfied, you can return it within 45 days from the receipt date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs, discounts, or redeemed coupons).

As a pair of self-fitting OTC hearing aids that meets the requirements of FDA, HearPod Pro allows you to set it up and adjust it at home without the need for in-office visits to a professional for fittings and adjustments. ❗️ It's important to note that not all OTC hearing aids available in the market are self-fitting. It only takes less than 5 minutes and requires a pair of headphones. This test can help you understand your hearing loss levels, which is crucial in determining if HearPod Pro will work for you.
Though HearPod Pro is equipped with exclusive functionalities and an ergonomic design, we cannot ensure every user a perfect fit. But rest assured, we offer a 45-Day Free Trial period. During this time, you can use HearPod Pro and assess if it meets your needs in all use scenarios. If you have any concerns or difficulties, contact the Nearity Help Center for support. Note that during the trial, all original accessories and the device should be returned in the same condition as received if you choose to return it.
The HearPod Pro comes with three pairs of earplugs (Size S, M, L), and the Size M earplugs come with the hearing aid already when shipped to you. Initially, the earplug may feel strange or itchy inside your ear canal, but this sensation usually disappears quickly. If you feel uncomfortable beyond normal expectations, check if the earplug size is correct. When you shake your head and open your mouth, the earplug should feel comfortable and not move. If it's uncomfortable or loose, try a different size of earplug until it fits perfectly. 💡 It's recommended to replace the earplugs every 3 months. You can contact Nearity Help Center to purchase replacement earplugs.
HearPod Pro is designed to be user-friendly and does not require extensive tech knowledge. The intuitive volume and mode adjustment and signal lights were well tested and streamlined. We also provide a comprehensive User Manual to guide you through how to use the device, including wearing, powering on/off, Bluetooth connection, and adjusting settings etc.
No, HearPod Pro must only be used by the intended person. Use by another person may damage their hearing. Each person's hearing loss and needs are unique, and sharing a pair of hearing aids is not recommended.
HearPod Pro uses Bluetooth 5.3 with an effective range of >10m. Most modern smartphones with Bluetooth capabilities should be compatible. However, we do recommend using this function with the phone with iOS 13/Android 11 and above for the optimal experience. ❗️It's important to note that although music and media streaming is achievable, it does not offer the highest level of performance or quality.
No, when you place the hearing aids back into the Charging Case correctly, they will start charging automatically. However, for optimal usage, we suggest powering up the Charging Case when you take the Hearing Aids off overnight. ❗️It's important to note that regularly fully discharging the batteries can have a negative impact on their long-term health and overall lifespan. Therefore, maintaining a habit of keeping the batteries charged, especially when not in use for an extended period, is beneficial for the performance and durability.
